Blueberry Chia Pie Pudding

We're always on the hunt for simple recipes that are delicious and nutritious and most importantly, easy to make and adapt. This Blueberry Chia Pie Pudding recipe ticks all of the boxes for us. It's super simple to prep, and ideal for the whole family to enjoy too. Recipe

Ingredients:
Amazonian Acai + Blueberry Collagen Elixir
4 tbps chia seeds
Handful of fresh blueberries 
4 tbps Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup of almond milk

Toppings:
Slithered almonds
Desiccated coconut
Freeze dried blueberries

Method

  1. Mix Amazonian Acai + Blueberry Skin + Gut Health Collagen Elixir with half a cup of almond milk.

  2. Add chia seeds and pop in the fridge overnight.

  3. In a small bowl, mash two hand fulls of blueberries with a fork.

  4. Add mashed blueberries to glass, top with greek yoghurt and freeze dried blueberries (or fresh if you wish!), slithered almonds and a sprinkle of desiccated coconut.
