My product has yet to arrive and was sent on November 20th. I've contacted the team a number of times and have gotten no response. I've lodged with Auspost to investigate on their end as it looks to have been sent but nothing since.
I will happily change my star rating once I receive the product but the lack of customer assistance hasn't been helpful.
