B5 – Pantothenic Acid (Ingestible)

Pantothenic acid (B5) is a humectant (moisturizing agent) that retains moisture in the skin, which improves skin elasticity and contributes to a fuller, more hydrated looking face. Pantothenic Acid is also needed to metabolise carbohydrates, proteins, fats as well as produce red blood cells and steroid hormones.
