Cetearyl Alcohol

Cetearyl Alcohol is a waxy-like substance that is derived completely from plants. We use cetearyl alcohol as a natural emulsifier and stabiliser to help prevent our products from separating. Although technically an alcohol by definition, it is not the same as the traditional alcohols known for drying and sensitizing the skin. Cetearyl Alcohol is perfectly suitable for those with sensitive skin.
